Hi there! So it's been a while since my last blog post but I've been really busy at work and just having lots of 'me time' in the evenings with a few of my favourite products and curling up in bed with a good book. Just like most of you out there I'm a huge fan of The Body Shop and have many favourites that I re-purchase a lot! The thing I love most after having a hot shower is indulging myself in the body butter and a body mist to layer up the scent. I've always been in love with the Moringa range as it's just such a delicate but beautiful fragrance and is also very hydrating. Another reason why I've carried on using the Moringa range for years is because it's free of parabens, unlike some of the others.
But that all changed when the Wild Argan Oil range came out. Argan Oil has been all the rage for the past couple of years, and more and more products now include this amazing oil. I was so excited to try this range as soon as it came out, although I've not yet tried all the products from this range. The body butter is one of my favourites, as it's a lot more hydrating and rich compared to the other body butters, which means you use less of the product. It also has a slight scent that lingers for hours after you've used it on your skin.
I mentioned the Solid Oil Lip Balm in my previous post and I managed to go through my first tub within two months. Not because you need a lot to soothe your lips but just because I love how moisturising it is, and the smooth texture. If you've liked any of their lip balms then I'm sure you'll love this lip oil!
I've been trying out lots of their shower gels recently, mainly because I love the travel sized ones for small getaways and overnight stays. I find the packaging really cute and it's amazing how layering the products can make the scent last so much longer. I started using Honeymania at the start of Autumn as it's a stronger scent and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy after a long shower before bed. But of course I had to try the Wild Argan Oil Shower Gel. I feel like this one is very moisturising and I will definitely be re-purchasing this again.
The one other thing I tried from the range was the Bubbling Bath, which I've only used a couple of times so far, just because I'm not really a fan of baths. Don't get me wrong it's nice to soak up a warm scented bath with loads of bubbles (hint hint Lush bath bombs) but I honestly get bored and I'll be out after a quick ten minute soak, which I don't really think is worth the effort of preparing a bath?! This product also seemed very rich and made the bath Reeally bubbly which was nice, but I do think it'll be a while until I finish this bottle. So far I've loved all the products and I've been meaning to try out the Radiant Oil and the Miracle Solid Oil, which reminds me of their coconut oil I used for years on end. Normally in the winter I layer up a body oil with the body butter afterwards, so seeing as it's getting a bit more chilly out there I might just have an excuse! Has anyone else tried any of these products? I'd love to know what your favourites are, xo
